The fine print

The rules, before the money moves.

  • Pack credits expire. A pack is good for 365 days from the day you buy it; whatever is left after that lapses.
  • Plan credits roll over, up to a cap. Unspent credits carry into the next month until the balance reaches the cap listed on the plan; credits above it lapse when the period closes.
  • Files stay while you do. Generated files are kept while you have an active plan or unspent credits, and for 90 days after that. An email with the exact date arrives before anything is deleted.
  • Money has a 14-day window. Credits refund themselves when a generation fails; purchases have their own rules, spelled out in the refund policy.
